Many mnemonic systems have been developed to aid in remembering numbers (quotation cards, telephone numbers, PINs, passwords, etc). The most spectacular of these assigns a unique consonant reasoned to each digit, 0-9. These sounds are then used to mannikin lyric / phrases that are more easily remembered than the sore numbers they represent. For instance the number 70395 translates into “instance” which, along with the translation rules, is far easier to retrieve than the number.

The 2Know software automates the translation of numbers to lyric / phrases using vauntingly English, French, and German phonetic dictionaries. The user just enters the number to be translated and a lean of candidate lyric is produced. The user then selects a watchword. If additional digits demand to be translated, additional candidate lyric are presented for pick. This process is continued until the numeric draw is all translated.
